My Role
I conducted comprehensive research and testing to identify key issues and took charge of the redesign process, overseeing changes from user flows to UI adjustments. The focus was on addressing significant usability challenges associated with assigning co-presenters in the virtual classroom
Outcome
The new co-presenting mode provides users with two distinct views, streamlining the process of assigning co-presenters during virtual classes. This redesign resulted in a remarkable 68% reduction in task times and an impressive 80% increase in client satisfaction. The positive outcome of this redesign also made it possible to roll out the same features in our B2C product lineup.
